Download section added. It will feature Dip variants maps for best known variants and those about Balkan region; both in DipChief and GIF formats. Also there will be a page with DipChief files of finished games conducted among Balkan players.

One day after activating, BalkanDip pages are organized and prepared for development. Official color of BalkanDip is orange. I decided that after analizing colors of Balkan countries flags. Orange is the color that doesn't apear on any of them.
